Moe’s Southwest Grill signs a new lease for 3,200 square feet in the Centerville Square Shopping Center in Lancaster, PA.
Lancaster, PA (Lancaster County) –March 1, 2016 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, in conjunction with Legend Properties, has leased 3,200 square feet in Centerville Square Shopping Center to Moe’s Southwest Grill, who will be opening in late April, 2016 just in time for Cinco de Mayo. This will be the second Moe’s in Lancaster County after a very successful opening in Lititz this past July.
