Mio Posto Restaurant signs a lease for 3,500 square feet in the Shoppes at Longwood Village in Kennett Square, PA.
Kennett Square, PA (Chester County) –September 16, 2016 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 3,500 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Longwood Village to Mio Posto restaurant who will open in the Spring, 2017. Mio Posto’s menu will include homemade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, small plates and fish, beef and fowl entrees. Mio Posto will also have a bar and feature a selection of fine wines and craft beers.
