Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar signs a lease for 7,625 square feet in the Shoppes at Belmont in Lancaster, PA.

Lancaster, PA, (Lancaster County, PA) –May 31, 2017 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, in conjunction with MSC Retail, has leased 7,625 square feet of space in the Shoppes at Belmont to Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar. Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar features a local, farm to table menu with many items that are below 500 calories in an upscale casual atmosphere. They also offer a progressive wine list featuring 50+ wines by the glass (many of which are certified sustainable), as well as seasonally-inspired cocktails and local craft beer. Plans for Belmont include a three seasons room, an outdoor dining area and a fire pit.

The Shoppes at Belmont, which is under construction, will be conveniently located at the southeast corner of U.S. Route 30 and Fruitville Pike. Harvest Grill will be joined by such other restaurants as Pour House, PF Chang’s, Chick Fil-A, Zoe’s Kitchen, MOD Pizza, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Starbucks (with drive-thru).

About Shoppes at Belmont

Ground broke for the 372,100 square foot Shoppes at Belmont in fall 2016 with a grand opening projected for Spring/Summer 2018. The Center is part of a mixed-use development that will also include 87 single family and townhouse units. Belmont will include Nordstrom Rack, Whole Foods, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michaels, and Ulta Beauty. A prominent portion of the development will feature a “Main Street” with smaller stores, restaurants and cafe’s overlooking a decorative fountain and small park area. Numerous sidewalks and walking and bicycle paths will be provided for the nearby residents and customers.
