West Chester, PA (Chester County) – November 20, 2019 – Waters Retail Group, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has signed a lease for 3,500 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing to Burn Boot Camp who will be opening a Burn Boot Camp 45 minute work-out facility in the Shopping Center. Burn Boot Camp has over 220 franchised locations throughout the United States, including one in Exton, PA, and is continuing to grow.
The Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing is located at the intersection of Route 202 and Dilworthtown Road in West Chester, PA. The 127,822 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food and CVS. Other national and regional tenants: T-Mobile, Duck Donuts, CycleBar, BeBalanced, Clothes Mentor, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Norman’s Hallmark and P.J. Whelihan’s. Waters Retail Group was represented by Kevin Lahn on the transaction.
