Lancaster, PA, (Lancaster County, PA) – November 6, 2018 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 2,000 square feet of space in the Shoppes at Belmont to Club Pilates, the largest provider of premium, reformer-based group Pilates classes in the world with over 400 studios.

Stores in the 372,100 square foot Shoppes at Belmont continue to open with Bella Rose Bridal Boutique and Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar being the most recent to open. Future openings this Fall will include Inu Salon & Spa and T-Mobile. The Shopping Center is nearly 100% leased with one 5,000 square foot space remaining for lease. The Shoppes at Belmont is part of a mixed-use development that will also include 13 single family and 87 townhouse units.
