CoreLife Eatery to open in the Shoppes at Belmont
Lancaster, PA, (Lancaster County, PA) – February 12, 2018 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 2,800 square feet of space in the Shoppes at Belmont to CoreLife Eatery. The CoreLife Eatery operator for this location will be Cory Heyman and Heather Simpson of York, PA. CoreLife Eatery, which is based in Binghamton, New York, has 28 current locations with another 26 set to open in 2018. CoreLife Eatery’s menu features customizable, made-to-order soup and salads, including green bowls, grain bowls, broth bowls, power plates, warm rice bowls and handcrafted beverages.
The Shoppes at Belmont, which will be opening this Spring, is conveniently located at the southeast corner of U.S. Route 30 and Fruitville Pike. CoreLife Eartery is scheduled to open at the Shoppes of Belmont in late Spring, 2018.

About Shoppes at Belmont
Ground broke on the 372,100 square foot Shoppes at Belmont in Fall 2016 and will open this Spring. The Shopping Center is part of a mixed-use development that will also include 87 single family and townhouse units. The Shoppes at Belmont will include such anchors as Target, Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michael’s, and Ulta Beauty. A prominent portion of the development will also feature a “Main Street” with smaller stores, restaurants and cafe’s overlooking a decorative fountain and small park area. Numerous sidewalks and walking and bicycle paths will be provided for the nearby residents and customers. The project is being developed by Manbel Devco I, Limited Partnership and is leased and managed by Waters Retail Group.
