Dress Barn signs a new lease for 7,200 square feet in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, Pennsylvania.
Exton, PA (Chester County) – March 26, 2013 – R. J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing and brokerage firm, in conjunction with John Krause of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., has leased 7,200 square feet of retail space in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center to Dress Barn, Inc. The national women’s apparel store is scheduled to open on April 12.
Fairfield Place is located at the intersection of Route 100 and Swedesford Road, across from the Exton Square Mall, in Exton, Pennsylvania. The 307,000 square foot Shopping Center, which is currently under a major renovation, is anchored by: T.J. Maxx, Toys R Us, Staples, Sports Authority, Ross Dress For Less, Giant Food, Men’s Wearhouse, Rack Room Shoes, TGI Friday, Panera Bread and Fulton Bank. Kevin Lahn represented the Landlord in this transaction while Dress Barn was represented by John Krause.
