American Dental Solutions signs a new lease for 2,000 square feet in the Shoppes at Kissel Village in Lititz, PA.

Lancaster, PA (Lancaster County) – June 6, 2011 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Kissel Village to American Dental Solutions. American Dental Solutions will begin construction in July and expects to open by October 2011.

The Shoppes at Kissel Village is located at the intersection of Rt. 501 & Peters Road in Lititz, PA. The 284,645 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Target, Giant Food, Fashion Bug, CVS Pharmacy, Hallmark, Pet Valu, Schulykill Valley Sports, Radio Shack, Wine & Spirits, Starbucks, Saladworks, and several other retail tenants. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn and Joe Waters represented the landlord in the transaction.
