Centerville Green Cleaners signs a lease for 1,600 square feet in the Centerville Square Shopping Center in Lancaster, PA.
Lancaster, PA (Lancaster County) – October 25, 2011 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in the Centerville Square Shopping Center to Centerville Green Cleaners. Centerville Green Cleaners will be remodeling the space and will install all new “green” dry cleaning equipment.
The Centerville Square Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Rt. 30 & Centerville Road in Lancaster, PA. The 106,681 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food, CVS, Wine & Spirits, Hallmark, GNC, Radio Shack, and Friendly’s. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn and Joe Waters represented the landlord in the transaction.
