LA Weight Loss signs a new lease for 1,200 square feet in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, Pennsylvania.
Exton, Pennsylvania (Chester County) – March 27, 2012 – R. J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing and brokerage firm, in conjunction with Fameco Real Estate, LP, has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center to LA Weight Loss, LLC. The national weight loss company is scheduled to open in the Summer, 2012.
Fairfield Place is located at the intersection of Route 100 and Swedesford Road, across from the Exton Square Mall, in Exton, Pennsylvania. The 307,000 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by: Toys R Us, Staples, Sports Authority, Ross Dress For Less, Giant Food, Men’s Wearhouse, Foot Locker, TGI Fridays and Panera Bread. TJ Maxx is scheduled to open in May followed by Fulton Bank in June. Kevin Lahn represented the Landlord in this transaction while LA Weight Loss was represented by James Creed.
