ATI Holdings, LLC signs a lease agreement for 2,000 square feet in the F&N Shopping Village in Wilmington, DE.

West Chester, PA, (Chester County) – September 1, 2012 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in the F&N Shopping Village to Mathnasium, which is scheduled to be open for business in late October, 2012.

The F&N Shopping Village is located at the intersection of Foulk Rd. and Naamans Rd. in Wilmington, DE. The 87,530 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Acme Markets and Rite Aid. Other national and regional tenants include: F&N Wine & Spirits, Cards & Gifts, Hair Gallerie, F&N Cleaners, GameStop, Grand East Buffet, Nino’s Pizza, and Sweeney’s Bakery. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn represented the landlord in the transaction. Kline World Real Estate Services represented the Tenant.
