Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 1,463 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Longwood Village to the Red Sombrero, a restaurant specializing in Mexican/Southwestern food. This will be the second Red Sombrero unit in Chester County with the first unit open and operating in the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing in West Chester, PA.
The Shoppes at Longwood Village is located at the intersection of East Baltimore Pike and Bayard Road in Kennett Square, PA. The 141,940 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Super Fresh Food Markets, TJ Maxx, Famous Footwear, Staples and Jos. A Bank. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin A.
