YoGo Dog signs a new lease for 1,120 square feet in the Rockland Plaza Shopping Center in Reading, PA.

Reading, PA (Berks County) – December 19, 2013 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 1,120 square feet of retail space in Rockland Plaza to YoGo Dog which is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2014.

Rockland Plaza is located at the intersection of 11th and Rockland Streets in Reading, PA. The 84,170 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant & Dollar Tree. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Fran McDonnell represented the landlord in the transaction.
