Papa John’s signs a new lease for 2,000 square feet in the Shoppes at Kissel Village in Lititz, PA.
Lititz, PA (Lancaster County) – November 20, 2014 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, in conjunction with Stonerook & Co., has leased 2,000 square feet in the Shoppes at Kissel Village to Papa John’s who will be opening in the Summer, 2015.
The Shoppes at Kissel Village is located at the intersection of Route 501 & Peters Road, just south of the Borough of Lititz, PA. The 278,000 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Target, Giant Food, and CVS. Other tenants include: Wine & Spirits Shoppe, Cardtique, GNC, Radio Shack, Zounds Hearing Aids, GameStop, Go Wireless, Holiday Hair, UPS, Saladworks, Starbucks and McDonalds. There is also a 6,500 square foot outpad available for lease. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn and Joe Waters represented the Landlord in the transaction and Tom Stonerook represented the Tenant.
