WelcomeKidz Day Care Center signs a lease for 3,089 square feet in the Fairfield Building in Exton, Pennsylvania.
Exton, PA (Chester County) – April 13, 2015 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing and brokerage firm, has leased 3,089 square feet of space in the Fairfield Building to WelcomeKidz, who are planning on opening a new day care center this Fall.
The Fairfield Building is adjacent to the Fairfield Place Shopping Center at the intersection of Route 100 and Swedesford Road, across from the Exton Square Mall, in Exton, Pennsylvania. The 307,000 square foot Shopping Center, which was recently renovated, is anchored by: T.J. Maxx, Toys R Us, Staples, Sports Authority, Ross Dress For Less, Giant Food, Ulta, Carter’s, Men’s Wearhouse, Rack Room Shoes, Dress Barn, TGI Fridays, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Panera Bread and Fulton Bank.
