Phi signs a new lease for 3,096 square feet in the Cross Keys Place Shopping Center in Doylestown, PA.

Doylestown, PA (Bucks County) –September 24, 2014 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 3,096 square feet of retail space in Cross Keys Place to Phi, an Asian Style Restaurant, which is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2015.

Cross Keys Place is located at the intersection of Routes 611 & 313 in Doylestown, PA. The 206,169 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by K-Mart, Giant, CVS & True Value. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Fran McDonnell represented the landlord in the transaction.
