Simon Eye signs a lease agreement for 1,550 square feet at the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing in West Chester, Pennsylvania

West Chester, PA, (Chester County) – November 16, 2020 – Waters Retail Group, Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has signed a lease with Simon Eye Management, LLC of Wilmington, Delaware for the former Eyemaxx eyecare center in the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing. Simon currently operates six offices in Delaware with Dilworthtown Crossing being their first in Pennsylvania.
The Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing is located at the intersection of Route 202 and Dilworthtown Road in West Chester, PA. The 127,822 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food and CVS. Other national and regional tenants: T-Mobile, Duck Donuts, CycleBar, BeBalanced, Clothes Mentor, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Norman’s Hallmark and P.J. Whelihan’s. Waters Retail Group was represented by Kevin Lahn on the transaction.
