T-Mobile Signs a New Lease in The Shoppes at Belmont

T-Mobile signs a lease for 4,000 square feet in the Shoppes at Belmont in Lancaster, PA.

Lancaster, PA, (Lancaster County, PA) – August 7, 2018 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 4,000 square feet of space in the Shoppes at Belmont to T-Mobile for a retail cellular phone store.

About Shoppes at Belmont

Stores in the 372,100 square foot Shoppes at Belmont began to open this past Spring with Whole Foods, Core Life Eatery and PJ Whelihan’s opening most recently in June. Future openings this Fall will include Inu Salon & Spa, Bella Rose Bridal Boutique and Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar. The Shopping Center is nearly 100% leased with only two spaces (2,000 and 5,000 square feet) still remaining for lease. The Shoppes at Belmont is part of a mixed-use development that will also include 87 single family and townhouse units. The Shoppes at Belmont is anchored by Target, Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michael’s, and Ulta Beauty. A prominent portion of the development features a “Main Street” with smaller stores, restaurants and cafe’s overlooking a decorative fountain and small park area. Numerous sidewalks and walking and bicycle paths have been provided for nearby residents and customers. The Project is developed by Manbel Devco I, Limited Partnership and is leased and managed by Waters Retail Group.
