Kennett Square, PA (Chester County) – February 1, 2019 – Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has secured $18,350,000 in financing for the Shoppes at Longwood Village in Kennett Square, PA. This permanent loan was funded by Genworth Financial, and the mortgage broker was M&T Realty Capital Corp. Waters Retail Groups’ Kevin Lahn and Joe Waters represented the Landlord in the transaction.

The Shoppes at Longwood Village is located at the intersection of East Baltimore Pike and Bayard Road in Kennett Square, PA. The 141,940 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Carter’s/Osh Kosh, Famous Footwear, Jos. A Bank and Starbucks. Ulta Beauty opened in late Spring while Fine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Store, Concord Pets and Purebread Deli opened this Summer.
