Lancaster, PA (Lancaster County) – April 1, 2019 – Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has secured $58,000,000 in financing for the Shoppes at Belmont in Lancaster, PA. This permanent loan was funded by Genworth Financial, and the mortgage broker was M&T Realty Capital Corp. Waters Retail Groups’ Joe Waters and Kevin Lahn represented the Landlord in the transaction.

The Shoppes at Belmont is a mixed-use development located just minutes from downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
