Dirty Dough Cookies signs a lease for a new 1,600 square foot shop at the Shoppes at Kissel Village in Lititz, PA.
Lititz, PA (Lancaster County) – October 24, 2023 – Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased a 1,600 square foot space in the Shoppes at Kissel Village to Dirty Dough Cookies, who will be opening in the Spring 2024. Dirty Dough was founded in November 2018 in Tempe, Arizona and has since expanded to over 300 franchised units through the United States. Lancaster County-based, Cookie Ventures, LLC, owned by Marguerite Sottek and an investment partner, have purchased the franchise rights for the Lititz location. Dirty Dough’s cookies differentiate themselves from other cookie chains by stuffing gourmet cookies with distinct fillings, toppings and often multiple layers of cookie dough. Dirty Dough also sells milk shakes with cookie pieces added to them.
The Shoppes at Kissel Village is located at the intersection of Route 501 & Peters Road, just south of the Borough of Lititz, PA. The 278,000 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Target, Giant Food, and CVS. Other tenants include: Fine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Store, Cardtique (Hallmark), GNC, Zounds Hearing Aids, Martin Foot & Ankle, AT&T, Go Wireless, Holiday Hair, UPS, Saladworks, Starbucks, Frisco’s Chicken, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Pretzel Factory, Primo Hoagies, Noodle Shack, Papa John’s Pizza and McDonalds. Inside Track will be opening in the Spring 2024.
