Lititz, PA (Lancaster County) – September 18, 2023 – Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 1,400 square feet in the Shoppes at Kissel Village to Inside Track, who will be opening their second store in Lancaster County and fourth overall (Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg are the others).
The Shoppes at Kissel Village is located at the intersection of Route 501 & Peters Road, just south of the Borough of Lititz, PA. The 278,000 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Target, Giant Food, and CVS. Other tenants include: Fine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Store, Cardtique (Hallmark), GNC, Zounds Hearing Aids, Martin Foot & Ankle, AT&T, Go Wireless, Holiday Hair, UPS, Saladworks, Starbucks, Frisco’s Chicken, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Pretzel Factory, Primo Hoagies, Noodle Shack, Papa John’s Pizza and McDonalds.
