J. Crew Factory signs a lease for 7,380 square feet to replace Rack Room Shoes in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center at Route 100 and Swedesford Road in Exton, Pennsylvania
Exton, PA (Chester County) – September 28, 2023 – Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 7,380 square feet to J. Crew Factory to replace Rack Room Shoes in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center. J. Crew Factory, which currently operates 214 stores in the United States, sells men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel, shoes and accessories. Kevin Lahn of Waters Retail Group represented the Landlord in this transaction. J. Crew Factory is scheduled to open in Spring, 2024.
