Exton, PA (Chester County) – April 3, 2024 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 16,000 square feet of retail space in Fairfield Place Shopping Center to Rally House (Lenexa, Kansas), who will be replacing Staples and opening this Fall. Rally House, which has 180+ locations in 17 states, is a sports apparel and gifts retailer with one of the largest selections of officially licensed College, NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA and MLS apparel, gear, and other merchandise. Kevin Lahn represented the Landlord on the transaction.
