StretchLab signs lease for 2,500 square feet in the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing in West Chester, PA.
West Chester, PA (Chester County) May 10, 2023 – Waters Retail Group, Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 2,500 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing to StretchLab, who is projected to open in the Fall 2023. StretchLab, which has over 300 studios nationwide and over 800 locations globally, is the largest assisted stretching brand.
The Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing is located at the intersection of Route 202 and Dilworthtown Road in West Chester, PA. The 127,822 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food and CVS. Other national and regional tenants: T-Mobile, Duck Donuts, CycleBar, BeBalanced, Clothes Mentor, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Simon Eye, T-Mobile, S&T Bank and P.J. Whelihan’s. Waters Retail Group was represented by Kevin Lahn on the transaction.
