Giant Food Stores, LLC signs an expansion agreement to increase from 54,530 square feet to 67,100 square feet in the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing in West Chester, Pennsylvania
West Chester, PA, (Chester County) – October 12, 2011 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased an additional 12,553 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing to Giant Food Stores, LLC. Giant will be breaking ground in 2012 on its expansion, which shall be completed by the end of 2012.
The Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing is located at the intersection of Route 202 and Dilworthtown Road in West Chester, PA. The 120,069 square foot Shopping Center, which will increase to 127,822 square feet, is anchored by Giant Food and CVS. Other national and regional tenants include: Starbucks, Saladworks, Dairy Queen, GNC, AT&T and Norman’s Hallmark. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn represented the landlord in the transaction.
