The Shoppes at Longwood Village turns 20

For the first twelve years of its existence, the Shoppes at Longwood Village remained fully leased—a notable achievement that defied every trend in the industry. Today, the Shoppes at Longwood Village is 100 percent leased and occupied. As the shopping center on Route 1 in Kennett Square celebrates its 20th anniversary, about half the current occupants were original tenants that opened in the fall of 1992 or shortly thereafter.
