Look Lab Med Spa signs a lease for 1,200 square feet to replace Oreck Vacuums in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, Pennsylvania
Exton, PA (Chester County) – April 26, 2024 – Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 1,200 square feet to Look Lab Med Spa to replace Oreck Vacuums in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center. Look Lab offers such services as: neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, collagen restoration, micro-needling, vitamin therapy, Sclerotherapy vein removal and chemical peels. In addition to the new Exton location, Look Lab has other med spas located in Arizona and Missouri. Kevin Lahn represented the Landlord in this transaction. Look Lab is scheduled to open in the Fall.
