Tropical Smoothie Cafe signs a new lease for 1,600 square feet in the Centerville Square Shopping Center in Lancaster, PA.
Lancaster, PA (Lancaster County) –August 1, 2015 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in the Centerville Square Shopping Center to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Tropical Smoothie Cafe will begin construction in September and expects to open by January 2016.
