Waters Retail Group secures $9 million in financing for the North Atherton Place Shopping Center in State College, PA
State College, PA (Centre County) –March 30, 2017 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has secured $9,000,000 in financing for the North Atherton Place Shopping Center in State College, PA. This permanent loan was funded by Jackson National Life Insurance Company, and the mortgage broker was Carey, Kramer, Pettit, Panichelli and Associates, Inc. Waters Retail Groups’ Joe Waters represented the Landlord in the transaction.
