Pure Barre signs a lease for 2,000 square feet in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, Pennsylvania.
Exton, PA (Chester County) –June 26, 2017 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, in conjunction with MSC Retail, Inc., has leased 2,000 square feet of space in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center to Pure Barre. The new fitness studio will be opening this Fall. Kevin Lahn of Waters Retail Group represented the Landlord in this transaction while Andrew Shpigel represented the Tenant.
