Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. signs a new lease for 11,200 square feet in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, Pennsylvania.
Exton, PA (Chester County) – May 30, 2013 – R. J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing and brokerage firm, in conjunction with Steve O’Malley of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., has leased 11,200 square feet of retail space in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center to Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc.. The national cosmetic chain, which is headquartered in Romeoville, Illinois, will be opening this Fall.
Fairfield Place is located at the intersection of Route 100 and Swedesford Road, across from the Exton Square Mall, in Exton, Pennsylvania. The 307,000 square foot Shopping Center, which is currently under a major renovation, is anchored by: T.J. Maxx, Toys R Us, Staples, Sports Authority, Ross Dress For Less, Giant Food, Men’s Wearhouse, Rack Room Shoes, Dress Barn, TGI Friday, Panera Bread and Fulton Bank. New tenants who will be opening this Fall in addition to Ulta are Carter’s and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza. Kevin Lahn represented the Landlord in this transaction while Ulta was represented by Steve O”Malley.
