Lasorda’s Pizza and Restaurant signs a new lease for 3,057 square feet of the former Palermo’s Pizza space in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, PA.
Exton, PA (Chester County) – February 1, 2011 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 3,057 square feet of retail space in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center to Lasorda’s Pizza and Restaurant. Lasorda’s will open in February. The Fairfield Place Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Rt. 100 & Swedesford Road in Exton, PA. The 305,422 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food, Sports Authority, Staples, Toys R Us, GNC, Ross Dress for Less, and Panera Bread. R.J.
