Kennett Square, PA (Chester County) – March 26, 2019 – Waters Retail Group, Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 4,550 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Longwood Village to Concord Pet Food & Supplies, who will be opening Summer 2019. Concord Pet Food & Supplies, which has 30 locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, sells pet foods and pet supplies.

The Shoppes at Longwood Village is located at the intersection of East Baltimore Pike and Bayard Road in Kennett Square, PA. The 141,940 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by TJ Maxx, Famous Footwear, Jos. A Bank and Starbucks. Ross Dress for Less opened March 8 and Carter’s/Osh Kosh is opening on March 28. Ulta Beauty, Fine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Store and Purebread Deli will be opening this Spring/Summer. Kevin A. Lahn represented the landlord in the transaction.
