West Chester, PA (Chester County) August 19, 2021 – Waters Retail Group, Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing to Concord Pet Food & Supplies, who is projected to open in December 2021. Concord Pet Food & Supplies, which has over 30 locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, sells pet foods and pet supplies.
The Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing is located at the intersection of Route 202 and Dilworthtown Road in West Chester, PA. The 127,822 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food and CVS. Other national and regional tenants: T-Mobile, Duck Donuts, CycleBar, BeBalanced, Clothes Mentor, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Simon Eye and P.J. Whelihan’s.
