Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has closed on a $19,500,000 loan for the Shoppes at Jenners Village in West Grove, PA. The permanent loan was funded by Jackson National Life Insurance Company, and the mortgage broker was Carey, Kramer, Pettit, Panichelli and Associates, Inc. The Shoppes at Jenners Village is located at the intersection of Rt. 796 and Baltimore Pike in West Grove, PA. The 144,100 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food, CVS, McDonalds, and Starbucks.
