Kennett Square, PA (Chester County) June 26, 2018 – Waters Retail Group, Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 2,800 square feet of space in the Rockland Plaza Shopping Center to Community Services for Children. They plan to open in the Fall, 2018.
