Shoppes at Belmont is Now 100% Leased as Ideal Image Signs Lease for Remaining 3,000 Square Feet of Space
Lancaster, PA, (Lancaster County, PA) – October 6, 2021 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased the last 3,000 square feet of space in the Shoppes at Belmont to Ideal Image, North America’s #1 Aesthetics Brand. Ideal Image, with over 150 locations, will be providing such general medical spa services as cosmetic procedures, laser treatments for acne, skin, scars, hair removal, body sculpting and shaping, skin rejuvenation and resurfacing, anti-aging services, weight loss, wellness and consultation services. Expected opening is early 2022.

Stores in the 372,100 square foot Shoppes at Belmont continue to open with Club Pilates opening this May. The Shopping Center is now 100% leased. The Shoppes at Belmont is part of a mixed-use development that will also include 87 single family and townhouse units. The Shoppes at Belmont is anchored by Target, Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michael’s, and Ulta Beauty.
