State College, PA (Centre County) – May 16, 2023 –Waters Retail Group (Kennett Square, PA), Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space in the North Atherton Place Shopping Center to TeaFe’ which is scheduled to open this summer. TeaFe’ is a boba tea and coffee shop along with other yogurt drinks, shaved ice and gelato shakes. Food options will include beignets, Banh Mi and croissant and English muffin sandwiches.
