Weis Gas Station to open in the William Penn Plaza Shopping Center in Easton, PA.
Easton, PA (Lehigh County) – September 1, 2010 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased a pad in the William Penn Plaza Shopping Center to Weis Markets for a fuel station. Weis will begin construction on the fuel station in the Spring 2011 and open by the Fall.
The William Penn Plaza Shopping Center is located at the intersection of William Penn Highway and Greenwood Rd. in Easton, PA. The 88,961 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Weis Markets, Unity Bank, and Friendly’s. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Fran McDonnell represented the landlord in the transaction.
