West Grove, PA, (Chester County, PA) – August 15, 2020 – Waters Retail Group, Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 2,400 square feet of space in the Shoppes at Jenner’s Village for a new Mexican restaurant that will be opening in September.

The Shoppes at Jenner’s Village is located at the intersection of West Baltimore Pike and Route 796 in West Grove, PA. The 140,555 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food and CVS. Other national and regional tenants include: Starbucks, Saladworks, Dairy Queen, McDonald’s, AT&T, Fine Wine & Good Spirits store and Norman’s Hallmark. Kevin Lahn represented the Landlord in the transaction.
